Sharing directories

You can share directories in much the same way as you share files. Read more about it here!

If you share a project with someone, they will have access to everything within that project, i.e. sub-folders and files. Conversely, if you share just a file, they won’t have access to the folder or project the file belongs to.

Inviting team members

Open your project, go to the member's tab, and invite by email. The recipient will get an invite.

Sharing files & directories

If you don’t want to give access to the whole project you can create a share link that leads directly to a certain file or directory. For instance, you might have a Project that has the name of your TV series and in that Project, you have different folders for different episodes, that different people should have access to.

You can share a video or image file from here

Share settings

You have a number of different settings for your share link. Most of them do what it says on the tin but if you want to dig deeper, we’ve added a description for each below. You can create different links for the same file or folder if you want to give a different level of access to your team members or stakeholders.

Copy share link

If you don’t want to send it through email, you can simply copy the share link after you’ve created it.
