Go to the top-right in notions and click the download marker icon. You can import these files into softwares such as Avid, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe Premiere.
From here it will take you to a window where you can decide on what you want to include in the file. Keep in mind that only markers (comments with timestamps) will be included.
Downloading files can be done in several ways. In the project bin, you can download any file you have access to by right-clicking or by selecting all assets you want to download. You can also download the asset from within the studio.
